State of our transport system (Compiling a report)

I am keen to compile a report on the state of our transport system and i would require interested users to submit ideas topics or opinions to highlight the issues we face.

The topics i would like to cover:
State of our metro train network.
Tram network
Bus Network

Just a question, when you have collected enough suggestions and put together your final report, who will you send it to or if not what will happen?

Whell it is quite simple really.

What state is our public transport system is in, is the state of Victoria.

We do not need any reports on the sick state of our transport system. We are all well aware of the problems. What we need is action
from both state and federal government to provide funds to fix the problems
